In order to gain complete control of the manufacturing process in 2004, Iracroft invested in two of the largest fully automatic plating plants in the industry and we are now capable of zinc plating customer parts up to 4.2 meters long. Certified to BS EN ISO 14001:2004 the process can be customised to a required thickness and a variety of colours, whilst an optional lacquer is offered which significantly enhances corrosion resistance.
